CHRISTMAS CHARITY LUNCHEON
With the holiday season approaching, a Christian group at the Ontario Power Generation’s Pickering Nuclear Plant wanted to host a corporate charitable luncheon featuring guest speaker Kim Phuc to spread the message of hope that Kim has found as well as to raise donations for the Kim Foundation International: Healing Children of War.
The Studio created a festive and classic holiday theme of red, white, and gold that would complement the purpose of the event and create a festive atmosphere appropriate for the workplace environment.

A donation table was setup at the entrance to the luncheon to collect donations and tickets. A metallic red table cloth introduced the festive theme; a garland with fairy lights ran along the back of the table, with apothecary jars filled with ornaments interspersed among the garland.
The buffet tables were decorated in metallic gold table cloths with white paper runners. Sprigs of evergreen with red and white berries were placed intermittently among the dishes and red and gold glittered string balls added a pretty touch to the dessert area.
The Studio also created signage and food labels, provided printing for the luncheon tickets, and catered the desserts selection.
